Pastors Davie & Naydita Hernandez | Senior Pastors | RCC Ministry

Pastors Davie and Naydita have two adult children, Gabriel and Nagrachy, who serve alongside them. When you don't see Pastor Davie, chances are he is riding his motorcycle with his "bike buddies" or on the green, golfing. Pastor Naydita is a very creative woman. She loves to bake and is currently spending her time perfecting her cross stitching skills. One thing is for sure, these two absolutely love to travel together.

Pastors Milton & Merita Torres | Executive Pastors | RCC Ministry

Pastor Milton has a passion for prayer, evangelism, and teaching. He also has a sweet tooth and bakes the best chocolate chip cookies, brownies & blueberry scones. His zest for life and a goal to excel in all areas possible can be felt by all who interact with him. Pastor Merita has a love of the word of God, worship, and speaking. Pastor Merita is a student of psychology, an avid reader, a coffee aficionado, and is known for having a book for just about any topic you can think of. Together they have two beautiful children, Elis and Ezequiel. If you get invited over to their home, be ready to enjoy a good meal, un Cafecito, and some of Pastor Milton’s baked goods.

Pastors Dennis & Ruthy Diaz | Associate Pastors | RCC Ministry

As you can see, Pastor Dennis and Pastor Ruthy love coffee.  And they need it with their three beautiful kids, Kamila, Ezra, and Emma. Ruthy’s favorite color is yellow, hence the coffee tumbler.  Pastor Dennis has been working as a Medical Assistant for over 10 years, which is fitting since he is the one who takes care of his amazing family.  Fun fact about Pastors Dennis and Ruthy:  They are foodies.  They love to visit new restaurants or food spots anywhere and everywhere when they can.

Pastors Danny & Alexandra Palermo | Spanish Campus Pastors

Pastors Danny and Alexandra serve as the pastors of our Spanish Campus. Fun fact: they met over 14 years ago on a cruise ship, and the rest is history! Together, they have built a wonderful family and are affectionately known as the “Palermo Bunch.” Their home is always full of life, laughter, and adventure whenever everyone gathers. Proud Puerto Ricans (“Boricuas”), they have a deep love for their island and culture. They consider it a tremendous blessing to be part of the RCC family, which welcomed them many years ago. Pastors Manny & Wilma Crespo | NorthEast Campus Pastors

Pastors Emmanuel "Manny" and Wilma were called to be ministers very early in their lives. They served the Lord in different capacities, as worship team members, Sunday school teachers, youth pastors, bible teachers, and associate pastors. They are public school teachers. He is an elementary physical education teacher and she is a middle school mathematics teacher. They are the proud parents of six adult children and grandparents of seven. They are passionate about sharing the saving grace of God through faith in the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ and not by works, for soul-winning, for life restoration, for sound bible teaching, and for helping people in need.

Pastors Marcus & Maria Youk-See | Outreach Pastors

Pastors Marcus and Maria are the proud parents of Aviel, Marielena, and Amelia. They love to travel and enjoy good food. They are not only Campus Pastors but have been the Directors of our Outreach Ministries since 2010.

Pastors Javier & Lucy Rodriguez | Outreach Co-Pastors

Javier and Lucy serve as co-pastors of our Outreach Ministry. They are passionate about reaching the hurting and hopeless and sharing the love of Jesus throughout the Miracle Mile community. Pastor Javier also leads our Narcotics Anonymous (NA) group, which meets regularly at our Boston Campus.

Pastors Pito & Beyra Rodriguez | South Shore Campus Pastors

Pastor Jose “Pito” always dreamed of being a professional baseball player.  He is married to his beautiful wife Pastor Beyra.  They have two children Yasiel and Anaiah, who love Jesus and also work alongside them in the ministry. Pastor Pito also writes songs alongside his sons Yasiel and Eliot, his oldest. His passion for broken souls has brought him to use his talents in unconventional ways. Sharing his testimony with the hope of reaching the streets of South Shore and filling the Kingdom.  Pastor Beyra has a love for photography, writing, and content creation.  She has always been passionate about cars and will soon fulfill her dream of driving a NASCAR race car.  She also dreams of writing children's books to share the love of God with the most troubled kids who have been abused and neglected.  The ones she believes will one day be restored by the love of our Heavenly Father.

Zaybell Escribano | Chief of Staff | RCC Ministry

When they’re not glued to a computer screen, Zaybell and Galdy enjoy spending time with their adult sons, Christian and Marcus. If you ask them about their favorite things to do, they’ll quickly tell you they love camping adventures and traveling with family and friends, creating memories wherever they go.
